(Toy) , director of TARANEYA Theater and his Partner visited Mandalay to study about Myanmar Puppetry and learnt how to manipulate the Myanmar puppet.
He proposed and contacted to Mandalay Marionettes for his project with the following notable ending official letter;
“ My very first idea was the next :
I will go to your theatre and study with you…( make interviews, learn more about manipulation, etc…) ( we are two Artists ) for one month.
This is only a first encounter…
What do you think about?...
Nobody can teach me about Myanmar marionettes but you…I hope this project will work…
Waiting for your answer…”
Finally, Mandalay Marionette could fulfilled his wishes.
